Norse Mythology; Huginn is one of Odin's two ravens. They acted as his companions and messengers. They would fly over the world (Midtgard) and report what they saw and heard back to Odin. Huginn's deeper meaning is "thought". Huginn taking flight is used as a metaphor for the thought process.
